- comments: observed 15 mice droppings scatterd on the bottom shelf of a rolling rack, 10 mice droppings on the shelf where bulk storage containers are kept and 40 mice droppings scatterd on the floor and shelving in the dish washing area. Also noted 8 live flies in the same area on boxes. Must remove and detail clean all affected areas. Priority foundation citation #7-38-020(a).
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed wiping clothes laying around on the counter tops and prep stations. Instructed to keep wiping clothes in sanition solution when not in use.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed the washroom very dirty. Must detail clean the floors,walls and fixtures.
