- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of pest activity on site, observed about 2 live large flies flying around the front bar area and about 2 live large flies flying around the food prep area. Instructed to eliminate large fly activity, clean and sanitize affected areas, and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(a).

- comments: 6-202. 15 observed the side entrance door open without an adequate screen at the beginning of the inspection. Instructed to provide adequate screening for outer openings or maintain the door closed. Observed the front entrance door with a one-inch gap at the bottom of the left door. Instructed to make said door tight fitting and rodent proofed.
