- comments: : observed no hand washing sign at rear hand washing sink. Instructed manager to provide hand washing signs at all hand washing sinks used by employees.

- comments: observed food items stored on floor in walk-in cooler. Instructed manager to elevate all items six inches off floor.

- comments: observed soiled wiping cloths stored on prep tables. Instructed manager to store wiping cloths in sanitizing solutiong between uses.

- comments: observed single service articles stored in washroom. Instructed manager to remove. Single service articles may not be stored in toilet rooms.

- comments: observed rust deposits on interior surfaces of coolers, and exterior surfaces of prep tables and shelving units. Instructed manager to repair.

- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle in washroom. Instructed manager to provide.
