Got a build your own burrito in seaweed with sushi rice, raw salmon, tempura, cream cheese, screaming O sauce, jalapeños, cilantro, spinach, tomatoes, red onions, green onions, and crunch. Ate at 7pm and was nauseous by midnight. Some diarrhea early morning as well as throwing up. Nausea has not subsided. Also have chills (but no fever) and muscle aches. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Muscle Pain, Fever
