- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners behind stove, oven, coolers, freezers, radiators, bottom of prep tables, on shelving units and electrical outlets in prep and dining areas. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed milk crates used as shelving units in coolers. Instructed manager to provide adequate shelving for storage.
