- comments: observed tcs foods at improper temperatures in prep cooler in front prep area. Found cooked eggs at temperatures ranging from 47. 9-52. 5f. Instructed must keep all tcs foods @ 41f or less at all times. Operator voluntarily discarded denatured foods during inspection. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.
23. Proper date marking and disposition
- comments: observed tcs foods(eggs, sausage and potatoes) without proper date marking inside coolers. Instructed all ready to eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared and held ifor more than 24 hours must be clearly marked to indicate the date or day which the food shall be consumed by, sold or discarded when held at a temperature of 41f or less for a maximum of seven days. Must correct and maintain same. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. No citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed no pest control log book on site. Instructed must provide pest control log book, with most recent proof of service from a commercial, licensed pest control provider. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(c). No citation issued.

- comments: observed no irreversible registering temperature indicators on the premises to measure the utensil surface temperature inside of the high temperature dish machine. Management instructed to provide. Priority foundation 7-38-005. No citation issued.
