- comments: missing handwashing signage throughout establishment. Must provide signs at each handwashing sink reminding employees to wash their hands.

- comments: found 2-door prep cooler next to woks in cooks line area at improper temperature; 44. 0 f. Instructed to repair and discontinue use until the cooler maintains a proper cold holding temperature of 41f or below. Priority violation 7-38-005.

- comments: observed over 20 live cockroaches in the kitchen, 15 in the 1st floor storage room, and approximately 30 in the basement storage areas. Observed over 75 live fruit flies in the basement dry storage room. Management instructed to contact pest control for service and to clean/sanitize affected areas once pests are removed. Priority violation 7-38-020(a).

- comments: found heavy grease buildup inside fryers. Found dirt/old food underneath dry storage area shelving. Must clean and maintain.
