- comments: observed over 20 mice droppings stored on pallets and shelving units in dry food storage trailer. Instructed manager to call and exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed container of chicken wings stored inside utility sink. Instructed manager tor remove all food from utility sink to prevent contamination.

- comments: observed single service articles stored on floor in outside storage trailer. Instructed manager to elevate all single service artilces six inches off floor to protect from contamination.

- comments: observed food splls and debris on interioir and exterior surfaces of sinks, shelving units, prep tables, cooking equipment, slicer, coolers, freezers, rolling carts. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed outside garbage and waste grease area not maintained. Observed grease spills on lid of grease container and lids not tight-fitting on dumpsters. Instructed manager to clean and maintain outside garbage and waste grease areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b) citation issued.

- comments: observed excessive clutter on lower shelves of dry storage trailer. Instructed manager to remove all unnecessary items and equipment to prevent pest harborage.
