- comments: observed approximately 40 live small flying insects on the walls and equipment of the food prep areas and storage areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed frozen meats stored in plastic grocery bags inside of the chest freezer. Management instructed to use only food grade storage bags or containers.

- comments: detail clean the prep tables, deep fryer, stove, steam table, food storage shelves, food storage containers, prep coolers, chest freezers, rice cookers all with food debris.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: clean the grease and food debris from the walls of the food prep and storage areas. Clean the floor of the prep area around and under equipment.
