- comments: observed the person in charge with no city certified food manager (cfm) certificate. Instructed to have a pic with a cfm certificate on site at all times when preparing/serving tcs foods.

- comments: observed no cfm on site while preparing/serving tcs foods (soup, tuna, chicken, etc. ). Instructed to have one on site at all times when preparing/serving tcs foods. Priority foundation 7-38-012 citation issued
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed a leak at the elbow of the faucet on the 3-compartment sink. Instructed to fix the leak and maintain the sink.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed the walk in cooler lighting not adequate per city code. Instructed to provide adequate lighting to the walk in cooler and maintain.

Observed the hand sink knob in the washroom in poor repair(broken). Must repair and maintain. #49. Observed the bottom storage cadinet under the self serve pop machine dirty. Must clean and maintain. #53. Observed the fixtures in the washroom dirty. Must clean and maintain. #53. Observed the washroom door not self closing. Must provide and maintain a self closing device as required. Priority foundation 7-42-090 citation issued
