After which I felt immediate relief. I went back to bed and got up about 3 hours later to prepare for work and still felt queasy and realized that everything was not out of my system yet which caused me to miss a day of work. It is now Sunday February 17th and I am still feeling the affects of the bad food. Food won’t stay down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
