- comments: observed cooked eggs on cold holding bar at 48. 9f. Instructed manager that cold foods must be held at 41. Of or below. Manager discarded 4 cooked eggs and denatured. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued

- comments: observed approximately 15-20 live small flying insects during inspection in the food prep area and in rear storage area. Recommend contacting pest control. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed cardboard inside of reach in cooler being used to line shelves. Instructed manager to remove and maintain. All surfaces must be easily cleanable.
