Inspectors found several food safety and sanitation violations during the inspection. Significant food safety violations included no hot water at the handwashing sink in the washroom by the kitchen entrance, with the water measured at 73.2°F instead of the required hot temperature. Inspectors also observed several flying insects inside a cabinet under the soda machine in the dining area, as well as in prep and storage areas. Citations were issued for these violations.

Additional findings included soda dispenser units stored on the floor in the rear storage area, dust, spills, and debris inside beverage-area cabinets and on the bottom of prep and display coolers, a soiled mop head stored on the floor, and no allergen training documentation for the certified manager.
