Turkey Sub Causes Illness - Subway, Georgetown Delaware

I got a footlong italian bread. Turkey sandwich. Turkey breast, american chesse. Toasted. Spinach, tomato, lettuce, chipotle southwest, mayo, jalapeños. And sweet tea for drink.
4 hrs later after eating all of that. I started to feel dizzy, nauseous, and ended having diarrhea. An hr later i started to vomit, which i hate the most. I ended up throwing out all the subway that i ate. I could see the ham in little pieces, jalapeños, spinach etc all being expelled by my poor stomach. Therefore i believe i got food poisoned... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
