March 29 early afternoon. Ordered footlong steak and bacon on italian herbs and cheese with spinach, pickles, banana peppers, mayo, mustard, chipotle mayo and italian dressing. Within an hour was having brutal cramps and explosive Godzilla diarrehea. Several more explosive episodes over next few hours, including 5 this morning. Feeling weak and nauseous. Haven't had food borne illness this bad in a long time. Will never go to Subway again! No wonder lost so much weight eating Subway over a year! Musta shit his insides out everyday! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Weakness
