Subway Meal Causes Illness - Subway, Union Kentucky

On 8/25/18, approximately 2-3pm, I ate a ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, salt and pepper 6-inch sub from Subway in Union, KY. Approximately 7 hours later I developed severe stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhea.
