Chipotle Wrap Causes Illness - Subway, New York

I have not had Subway in over a year, and decided I would try the new Chipotle Steak and Cheese Spinach Wrap that is being heavily advertised. I stopped into a Subway location in Queens Village Queens, and ordered the sandwich along with a Coke, and 2 chocolate chip cookies. The sandwich had the Chipotle sauce, mayo, provolone cheese, green peppers, spinach, and lettuce. I thought the sandwich was great, and went on about my day. About an hour after eating the sandwich my stomach started to bubble, and I felt like I had to pass gas. I went to the bathroom and nothing came out. 20 minutes later, I started to feel clammy, and I began to sweat. I also realized I was starting to feel nauseous. I quickly put a mint in my mouth and went to the bathroom again. I moved my bowels regularly, but realized something was wrong because I was still sweating and feeling nauseous. 5 minutes later the urge to vomit overcame me, and I ran outside of a public building in order to throw up my entire lunch. It was violent, and there was a lot of it. My vomiting continued 2 more times within the next hour and was now accompanied with diarrhea. I do believe something I had at the Subway location made me sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Sweating
