9 years ago reported by user-qgfrk189

Subway, South La Grange Road, Orland Park, IL, United States

14655 South La Grange Road, Orland Park, 60462 Illinois, United States

Saturday April 30 at about 11:00am at the Subway restaurant in Orland Mall my wife and I split a footlong tuna with banana peppers, pickles, lettuce, tomato, green pepper, onion and mayonnaise. Approximately 12:30pm the same day my wife had severe stomach pains and needed to use the restroom immediately while driving home, she had diarrhea and felt like vomiting. About an hour later I also had diarrhea and she continued to have diarrhea. My wife has blood in her diarrhea. It has not stopped as of this writing. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
