Turkey Sub Causes Dehydration - Subway, Elkhart Indiana

1526 South Nappanee Street, Elkhart, 46517 Indiana, United States
I ordered a turkey on Italian bread with cucumbers, lettuce, olives, jalapeños, green peppers, American cheese, mayo, vinegar, and oil. This is what I get at any of their locations I got to, but after I started eating this at around 11:30am/12pm my stomach started getting sour. The pain continued all the way home (in NWI) from work in Elkhart (was working at the cvs on the same strip mall), now it’s 6pm and I’ve used the bathroom around 9 times since being back. I forced myself to eat something else and that still didn’t help. I’ve probably drank over 8 water bottles since I got home and I still feel dehydrated. I wasn’t dehydrated before I ate their, because I drink water religiously every hour. This dehydrated feeling is making me want to pass out, but my stomach is also killing me making me feel like I need to puke. I don’t know what went wrong after eating their food, but it sucks and I pray it isn’t food poisoning or something:( I’ve also tried Tums, acid reflux medicine, and ibuprofen to see if it was just an acid reflux issue but that isn’t the case. This was also the only meal I had eaten, besides a granola bar at 5am and 9:30am (they were the same granola bars and I’ve eaten these before too) that’s how I knew it was the sandwich I ate. I don’t know what I did with the receipt, but I screenshot the pending purchase on my Chase account and attached that. Also, the sandwich is at the bottom of the garbage and couldn’t dig it out with stuff all on it. The customer service was great there, I even tipped them because they were fast and nice. The sandwich itself was the only issue, I just wanted to make that clear. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dehydration
