I had a foot long turkey sandwich on wheat with American cheese toasted light mayo, mustard, lettuce tomatoes pickles jalapeño bell peppers cucumber spinach leaves and salt & pepper. At about 3pm later on that night I had 2 slices of Cassie's pizza. Everyone else ate pizza and they're ok so I'm guessing it was the subway. Woke up with stomach pain feeling like I was going to pass out. In bathroom sick at 5 am. Only thing I had to drink was bottled water all day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
