- comments: observed a small amount of pink residue on the inside panel of ice machine in the rear dishwashing area. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed facility reusing single-use thank you bags to store duck meat in produce walk-in cooler. Instructed management not to reuse single-use items and to store food items in food grade containers or bags.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed facility using buckets as trashcans without a lid in the womens customer restroom. Instructed to provide proper wastecans with lids for feminine hygiene products and maintain.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed grease build up on the floor under and between cooking equipment in the front preparation area of the restaurant, and soiled floors in the rear dishwashing area and in walk-in coolers. Instructed manager to clean and maintain floors to remove all grease accumulation and water.
