- comments: observed improper temperatures of tcs foods, such as. 5lbs. Sliced gyros-98. 1f. 4lbs. Cooked chicken legs-119. 1f-121. 3f in fryer basket. The product was discarded by the manager. Must have hot holding foods at 135. 0�f or above. Appx. 4. 5lbs. $50. (priority 7-38-005)(cos)(citation issued)

- comments: must label food storage containers when food is not in original package.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 10 or more live roaches crawling on floor under and behind reach in coolers and chest freezer, excessive food debris on floor under same, wheel bases of glass reach in cooler, opening in wall behind soda storage shelves, and several dead. Must remove dead roaches, clean, and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 9/18/25. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: observed plastic grocery bags being used for food storage in coolers and freezers must provide food grade bags for food storage.
