Around 5 pm central time 4/20/2022, I got a single soft shell taco supreme (beef meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream). Within 2 hours of eating it I started having diarrhea. It got progressively worse over the next 24 hours. I have experienced horrible diarrhea, cramping, nausea, vomiting, aches, chills, headache, weakness, and other symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Headache, Weakness, Chills, Cramps
