Vegan Burritos Cause Illness - Taco Bell, Asheville North Carolina

Yesterday I ordered 3 vegan burritos: 1 seven layer burrito with the cheese and sour cream removed and 2 veggie power menu burritos without the cheese, sour cream, or avocado ranch sauce. I thought the power burritos tasted a little different but I tried not to overthink it. Within 30 minutes I had diarrhea so urgent I had to stop at ingles lol, then again when I got home. All today I've had a bad headache (very uncommon for me) and severe nausea and stomach cramps with at least ten trips to the bathroom for diarrhea. When I got home from work today I threw up a few times and have had multiple trips to the bathroom ever since. I normally love Taco Bell but I will not be eating there again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
