7 Hours after eating the nachos I woke up with stomach pain, vomiting and then diarrhea 5 hours later. Other family ate the taco meat and sour cream and they didn’t get sick so it had to have been, refied beans, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños or cheese sauce. Either way I was really sick! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
