Food Safety Report - Taco Time, North Ogden Utah

5 years ago reported by user-cntvv661 business

Taco Time, North 400 East, North Ogden, UT, USA

2311 North 400 East, North Ogden, 84414 Utah, United States

I ate a Big Juan burrito and my fiancee at 2 tacos and a soft bean burrito. While I was eating, I was thinking that the meat was sort of wet in a way, like it wasn't cooked thoroughly the taco shells were either also undercooked or were stale, they had a slight chewy texture which could have been due to either reason. That was around 6:30 pm on 9/26. In the morning of 9/27 I was feeling very gassy with an upset stomach. As the day went on, it progressed into diarrhea and an extreme fever of around 102.3 that lasted about 12 hours. My fiancee had similar symptoms but not nearly as intense. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas
