Yummy Dino nugget, Child ate these ended up on emergency room for vomiting, severe stomach pain. Did ultrasound, labs, UA -all normal- was better within the day after vomiting episodes ended. No symptoms again, Didn’t correlate it was the Dino nuggets, nobody in the household fell ill.… See more
