- comments: observed rodent activity on premises. Found 80-100 mouse droppings on the bottom area of the hot and cold holding units in the cooking area, in the furnace room on the floor and under some storage shelves in the rear area. Instructed to clean all areas and have pest control company service prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: instructed to clean the bottom area of the fryers and exterior surfaces of all cooking equipment, interiors of refrigeration and freezer units and surface areas under hot and cold holding units.

- comments: observed cracked floor tile in the center of the floor in the dishwashing area; replace tile where needed. Observed water stained ceiling tile in the rear storage area and on the selling floor; instructed to replace ceiling tile where needed.
