I had bought one of the yo sushi meal deal pieces of smoked salmon and prawn sushi. i bought a lipton peach iced tea too. that day all i had eaten was banana on toast and a cheese and ham toastie. later that day all i had was some chicken and sausage which my boyfriend also had yet it’s been a week and he is fine. The next day i had a fried egg sandwich at 7am and a cheese and ham toastie at 1pm. Then at 2:30pm I started to experience horrible stomach pain, had extreme nausea, immediate diarrhoea which turned into retching, vomiting and diarrhoea episodes continuously for 13 hours until the last time i retched, at 5am. i continued to have nausea, loss of appetite and extreme fatigue for a following 5 days forcing me to miss work. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Fatigue, Loss of Appetite
