6150 Airport Boulevard, Mobile, 36608 Alabama, United States
Sunday evening, October 5th, a large party of us, approximately 12 people went to Texas Roadhouse on Airport Blvd in Mobile. The staff were great, however, about halfway through our visit, my 15 month old son began feeling bad and vomited in the booth. He had rice, corn & steak fries. We cleaned this up and he seemed to be better and pretty much back to his normal self. We received our meals, pretty standard - Salads first with the bread. My girlfriend got a garden salad with Bleu Cheese dressing and I got a Caesar salad. Our two girls, didn’t get a salad. They got French fries & Mac & Cheese bake and a sirloin. Our two entrees was my 14oz Ribeye cooked medium rare and she got the “Road Kill” hamburger steak just medium. We both got sweet teas, and the girls got Dr. Pepper. As we got into the vehicle to leave, my girlfriend mentions that she feels kinda bad and then throws up in the parking lot a couple times. We drive down to the corner store and get her a sprite and a water. On the way home, approximately 2 miles from the house, she has me pull over on the side of the road to throw up a couple more times. We get home and she begins to feel bad again, nausea, Diarrhea, lethargy, etc…. And this continues for a couple hours before I myself began to experience it. I go lay down on the cold bathroom floor and this lasts all night until now, Approx 3pm the next day. I’m laying on the couch typing this and still only maybe 30%. This morning, on the way to school, one of the girls vomited in the car as well. They were at a different table, but in the same party. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Bile
