Shiitake Mushrooms not cooked on the Hibachi Steak.Last week February 12, 2022 my family and I had dinner there.
The reason I am writing is because I ordered the Hibachi Steak with the Shiitake Mushrooms and became sick from the experience which landed me at my doctors office and later in the emergency room.
During our dining experience I noticed that the vegetables which accompany the Hibachi Steak were not cooked, I mentioned this to the waitress but did not make an issue about it.
48 hours later I developed Flagellate Mushroom Dermatitis (Shiitake Dermatitis, Toxicoderma) from the undercooked Shiitake Mushrooms, the emergency room doctor was able to determine the cause because of the very distinct hive/rash and markings all over my entire body.
The reason I am writing is because I am concerned that this may happen to others at your restaurant if the Cooks/Chef does not cook the mushrooms properly. | Symptoms: Skin Rash
