- comments: observed debris on floor along walls and corners in prep, storage and dining areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: preious priority foundation violation not corrected from report #2590781 on 3-11-24:10-observed hot water (128. 5f) above maximum of 120f at right hand washing sink in boy's washroom near exit #10. Instructed manager to maintain hot water at 100f-120f at hand washing sink. 38-observed over 50 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls inside pre-k closet 108, inside cabinet under hand washing sink in pre-k 108, on floor behind tables and file cabinet in staff washroom near kitchen. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. 60-previous core violations not corrected from report #2574573 on 4-19-23:10-must adjust faucet handles to stay on longer in north & south boy's & girl's toilet rooms for hand washing. 55-must repair or replace damaged flooring near floor drains in kitchen.
