- comments: observed frozen meat imrpoperly thawing on floor in prep area. Instructed manager to properly thaw under cold running water, refrigeration, or part of cooking process.

- comments: observed no thermometer inside milk/cream cooler behind front counter. Instructed manager to provide and maintain.

- comments: observed food containers not labeled in prep and storage areas. Instructed manager to label all food containers with common name of food.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on floor behind reach-in cooler and freezer in front storage area, on shelves under cooking equipment and floor under storage cart in prep area, on floor around water heater in dish washing area, on floor and pallets in rear utility storage, on shelving units and floor along walls and corners in dry food storage area. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: observed food items stored on floor in prep, storage and walk-in cooler areas. Instructed manager to elevate all food items six inches off floor.
