High Priority - Nonfood-grade containers used for food storage - direct contact with food. 1) plastic containers used for bulk storage not food grade material. Some plastic containers have a foam gasket on lid that is absorbent and not easily cleanable.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. 1) watermelon x 4 (55F - Cold Holding); prepared salads with dressing (68F - Cold Holding) left on prep table for hour before inspection.
