Flying from HONOLULU TO Dallas overnight February 7-8, 2023. Was served a turkey/pastrami? Sandwich on sourdough bread. It included boiled egg and mayonnaise. I was hungry so I just ate it. After the first half Sandwich I removed the lettuce and strange red pepper and egg and just ate the meat. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
