- comments: observed approximately 100 mouse droppings scattered in rear area of facility; behind deli counter underneath soda trays, in rear dry storage room under pallets. Instructed person in charge to remove all mouse droppings, sanitize areas, and inform pest control of need for service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed accumulation of food debris and grease on interior and exterior of fryer cabinets. Instructed person in charge to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed clutter on floor underneath sales counter in front area (bags, boxes, plastic). Instructed person in charge to organize and maintain all items at least six inches from floor and maintain.

- comments: observed excessive accumulation of grease and dust on ventilation system in kitchen area over deep fryers. Instructed person in charge to clean and maintain.
