- comments: observed 20 small live flies at the middle hand washing sink in the front prep area, 60 small live flies at the dish washing area, 40 by the walk in cooler in the rear and 20 by the middle 3-compartment sink. Instructed to eliminate all live small flies, clean/sanitize the affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for assistance. Priority foundation 7-38-020 (a) citation issued

- comments: observed a female in the prep areas and not wearing a hair restraint. Instructed to have all workers wear a hair restraint while in the prep areas. Maintain same.

- comments: observed wiping cloths not properly stored when not in use. Instructed to store wiping cloths in sanitizing solution (must be at the required ppm) when not in use. Maintain same.

- comments: observed food and dirt build up on the can opener. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.

- comments: observed the interior of the fryers with grease, dirt and food build up. Instructed to clean and maintain fryers.

- comments: observed the interior of all the floor drains with food and dirt build up. Instructed to clean and maintain the interior of all floor drains.

- comments: observed the male food handler on site with no proof that he met the food handler's requirements. Instructed to met and provide proof. Maintain same.
