- comments: observed approximately 100 mice droppings behind hot water tank, on pallets used for paper storage, and behind/next to liquor cabinet. Observed small fly activity in back storage room. Observed live ants next to pallets by paper storage. Instructed to clean all of these areas, remove standing water, and maintain. Priority foundation. Violation #7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed approximately 1/2' gap in between double entry and exit doors. Insructed to make doors tight fitting and maintain

- comments: observed dust accumulation on fan guard in walk in cooler/produce area, rolling carts in deli/bakery areas, shelving units in deli. Instructed to clean and maintain at all times
