- comments: person in charge has no city sanitation certificate. Priority foundation

- comments: observed no valid city of chicago certified food manager on site when (tcs) foods are prepared and served. Instructed manager to provide and maintain a city certified manager on all shifts. Hot foods being served to customers roast chicken (155f) priority foundation citation issued 7-38-012

- comments: observed no employee hand washing signage at hand sinks in: deli, bakery, and in all toilet rooms. Instructed manager to provide employee hand signage

- comments: observed soil build up on fryer cabinets, on deli slicers, and on bulk containers in walk in coolers. Instructed manager to clean and maintain all non food contact surfaces.

- comments: observed wall panel to the right of bakery 3 comp sink to be peeling off wall. Instructed manager to repair accordingly.
