- comments: observed evidence of 1 live roach crawling on floor and went under hot water tank in rear prep area. Also evidence of appx. 60 or more mice droppings on cabinets in front prep area, on floor of restroom, on shelving units in dry food storage areas. Must remove droppings, clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises before reinspection. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: found approx 1/4" gap on bottom of rear door and right of front exterior door. Must make tight fitting and maintain.
