- comments: 4-601. 11(c) : must clean excessive grease and food debris build up on interior and exterior of fryer cabinets,grills,prep coolers,reach in coolers and freezer,cup holders,rolling carts,shelving units, storage shelves,oven,wheel bases and legs of all cooking equipment. Walk in cooler-shelving units. Delime dish machine,frost machine,pipes and cords of equipment,light fixture above fryer.

- comments: 6-201. 13: must repair or replace damaged and missing wall bases throughout premises,hole in floor near coat closet, crack in floor & exterior wall in electrical room. Must grout floor near cooking equipment in front prep area,ice machine and where needed.

- comments: still observed evidence of appx. 23 mice droppings on shelf next to register at drive-thru,in a holder underneath soda condiment station,on rolling cart & on floor behind same in rear storage area behind cooler & freezer. Must remove droppings,clean and sanitize areas. Must have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 6/16/23. (priority 7-42-090)
