Fish Sandwich Illness Report - Wendy's, Dunnigan California

At approx. 4:30 pm, on Fri 3/8/19, I ordered a fish sandwich with Asiago cheese, a baked potato with chives, sour cream and butter, and a Dr. Pepper. I began to feel sick about an hour after I ate. My child had a cheeseburger and a sour cream and chive potato and never experienced any illness. My symptoms are cold chills, dizziness, headache, stomach cramps and uncontrollable diarrhea. I never became sick to my stomach, but spent the entire evening and next day in bed, unable to carry out any activities. I’m saddened by this because the employees at Pilot and Wendy’s are truly awesome and the store appears clean. I don’t want anyone else to become sick though due to bad food.
