- comments: observed no handsoap in the mens restroom. Prioirty foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued. Instructed to ensure all handwashing sinks are supplied with soap, paper towels, and handwashing signage.

- comments: observeved undereneath grill and sides of grill located next to the hotline grill area unclean. Observed underneath hot holding equipment unclean. Instructed to keep areas clean and maintain.

- comments: observed leak at faucet of three compartment sink located in the rear kitcen area near the ice machine. Instructed to fix leaking faucet and maintain in good repair.

- comments: observed some litter around dumpster and unused broken door in the dumpster area. Instructed to better maintian this area at all times.

- comments: obsereved pallets in the walk-in cooler with food debris underneath. Observed drain underneath three compartment sink unclean and dust on celing tiles in the kitchen/three compartment sink area. Instructed to clean the floors in walk-in cooler and clean drain undereneath three compartment sink and clean ceiling tiles and maintain.

- comments: observed kitchen exhaust hood above grill in kitchen area with grease build up. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.
