- comments: must detail clean the exterior and interior of all coolers and freezer, prep tables, counter tops and storage shelving to remove spills and/or debris.

- comments: observed garbage and debris on the ground around dumpster enclosed area. Must clean and maintain to prevent harborage.

- comments: floors need detail cleaning through out especially along the wall base and in corners. Also must clean the wall through out to remove food splatter and/or grease.
