- comments: found fly/pest light device directly over the single service sushi containers in the seafood prep area. Instructed management to relocate pest device so it is not directly over food/single service items.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: found old food residue in bottom door tracks of cheese coolers. Must clean and maintain.
