- comments: observed prepackaged unlabeled meat products (whole chicken and various beef parts) in damaged/inadequate packaging stored inside reach in freezer in grocery. Pic unable to provide proof verifying that said food items were purchased from approved source to include supplier name, invoices, buyer specification, etc. Instructed to provide and maintain. Pic voluntarily discrded said food items. Total cost $1200. Priority violation. #7-38-005. Citation issued.
