- comments: observed prepackaged frozen foods stored in the freezer from an unapproved source. Observed packages of food labeled 'homemade sudanese sausage,' 'homemade sudanese yogurt,' and 'homemade sudanese cheese' stored in the freezer with no name and address of manufacturer on the product. Management did not have an invoice for the product and did not have any knowledge where the food was produced. Management instructed that all food must come from an approved source. Priority 7-38-005. Citation issued.
