5. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no clean up procedure or supplies on the premises to respond to vomit and diarrheal events. Management instructed to provide both. Priority foundation 7-38-005. No citation issued.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no exposed hand washing sink located adjacent to the 3 compartment sink in the side storage area. Management instructed to install a hand washing sink in this area. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c). No citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 100 mouse droppings on the floor in the prep area around the ice machine and inside of the storage cabinets, on the floor and in between supports for the storage shelves in the storage area, on the floor in the men's washroom and on the floor and on pallets in the basement storage rooms. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed the ice scoop stored inside of the ice bin of the ice machine. Management instructed to store the ice scoop in a clean container outside of the ice bin.

- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle provided in the women's washroom. Must provide.

- comments: clean the grease on the floor under the deep fryers and on the wall behind he deep fryers.
