- comments: observed no hand washing signage at hand washing sink in washrooms. Instructed manager to provide.
23. Proper date marking and disposition
- comments: observed prepared tcs food items (cooked steak, cooked meats, soup etc. ) in walk in cooler without labels. Instructed to provide discard date labels (not to exceed 7 days) on all foods prepared on site and held for more than 24 hours and maintain. Manager corrected on site priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.
37. Food properly labeled; original container
- comments: observed seasoning and sugar out of the original containers without labels containing the product name. Instructed to label all foods and spices with common name that are out of the original containers.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed the side rear exit door not completely rodent proofed as required. Must completely rodent proof door by sealing 1/4 gap at the bottom of the door.

- comments: noted assorted food items inside coolers and refrigeration units with food stored inside plastic grocery bags. Instructed to properly store all food items inside approved food grade containers

- comments: observed no irreversible thermometer on site at time of inspection for measuring the utensil surface temeperature. Instructed to provide. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed no covered receptacle inside of women toilet room. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observed grease on the lower wall behind the cooking equipment; clean wall to remove grease where needed.
