- comments: must label squeeze bottles when food is not in original package.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 25 or more mice droppings on floor at front service counter,on concrete ledge behind display shelf along west wall,on lower shelf of chip display. Also 2- dead mice on glueboard under cold holding display unit on sales floor and next to shelving unit in front prep area. Must remove droppings and dead mice clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 2/27/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
